Classes

The Dojo proudly presents our Little Lions Preschool Gymnastics Program, designed to introduce young to movement and fine motor skills while emphasizing fun. Participants will explore full-body movement, coordination, strength, balance, animal movements, obstacle courses, and a variety of exciting activities!

Open to students of all levels. Students will be introduced to all forms of MMA such as grappling (wrestling, jiu-jitsu, etc.), and striking (boxing, muay thai, etc.). Students will learn self-respect, self-confidence, self-defense and the ability to stand up for themselves. They will develop skills such as discipline, strength, and focus.

An excellent starting point for beginners in gymnastics. Students will acquire fundamental tumbling skills, including rolls, headstands, handstands, cartwheels, pullovers, and backbends. Most importantly, they will build strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence.

Requirement: unassisted backbend.

Our pre-team is designed for gymnasts who want to take their gymnastics to the next level.

The Art of Fighting is a blend of all martial arts used in MMA and The UFC. Students will warm up with mobility and animal movements. Students will learn striking and grappling. Classes will enhance your level of strength and endurance as well as your self-confidence and self-defense skills. 

Budokon Yoga is a modern yoga that blends the ancient yogic traditions of self-exploration with modern mixed movement. Budokon Yoga was curated by founder Cameron Shayne in 2001 combining movement practices with influences from martial arts systems, calisthenics, animal movements, and meditation. This style of yoga was created as a movement practice for those seeking the highest levels of agility, mobility, stamina, flexibility, and strength.

Budokon Mobility is a mixed movement arts system that combines yoga, animal movements, calisthenics, MMA, and mobility. Mobility class focuses on strength, flexibility, fluidity, and transitions as you flow across the room in horizontal and quadrupedal patterns.
