CLASSES WE OFFER

MOMMY & ME

Parent/Child class designed for you to connect with your child and help them develop strength and motor skills as you both learn, play and grow together. For ages 6 months to 2 years. Weekday morning classes begin August 17th. Tuesday/Thursday 9 AM and 9:45 AM options.

COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS

Created for girls with a passion for competition, our dedicated students will progress through our specialized competition track classes. Our Hot Shots, Pre-Team, and Team classes focus on the track to competitive gymnastics.

THE ART OF FIGHTING

A blend of all martial arts used in MMA and The UFC.

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS

Beginner gymnastics for ages 2-4. Designed to introduce children to movement and fine motor skills while having fun! Students explore full body movement, coordination, strength, balance, obstacle courses, and a variety of exciting activities. Weekday morning classes begin August 17th. KIDS MARTIAL ARTS

This class is open to students of all levels. Students will be introduced to all forms of MMA such as jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling, and muay thai. Students will learn self-respect, self-confidence, self-defense and the ability to stand up for themselves. Offering class for ages 5 and up. See our schedule for class times.

BUDOKON MOBILITY & YOGA

Budokon mobility is a mixed movement arts system that combines yoga, animal movements, calisthenics, MMA, and mobility. Mobility classes focus on strength, flexibility, fluidity, and transitions. Weekday morning classes will begin August 17th. Stay tuned for NEW schedule.

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

Starting with our Twinkling Stars Class for ages 5 and up, students will progress through our recreational levels while enhancing their strength, flexibility, and coordination skills. Our recreational levels consist of Twinkling Stars (5 & 6), Rising Stars (6 & 7), Shooting Stars (8+), and All Stars (8+).

NEW TUMBLE STARS

An all tumbling class designed for athletes who want to focus on tumbling. This is a great choice for cheerleaders who are looking to advance their skills and technique, while building strength and flexibility. See our schedule for class times.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons provide athletes with individualized instruction tailored to their specific goals and skill level. Whether your child is working toward a new skill, preparing for team, building confidence, or simply looking for extra practice, one-on-one coaching allows for focused attention and faster progress.

Unlike many programs that offer just one class per week, The Dojo memberships include the opportunity to attend classes at least twice per week, helping athletes build skills faster, gain confidence, and see greater progress throughout the year.
